Optimist Village is a subsidized non-profit organization providing One Bedroom Senior Apartments including 10 accessible units. Our complex is sponsored by The Orange Noon Optimist Club, and we are the only apartment complex they sponsor in the United States. Inside Front Doors

All Optimist Village apartments have a front door inside hallways in each building. The buildings have elevators and sitting rooms on each floor making sure our residents feel at home and safe.

Clean Apartments and Grounds

Optimist Village is proud of our complex, and we keep the common areas clean and the grounds well-kept with beautiful landscaping our amazing staff maintains so well.

On-Site Maintenance

Optimist Village has a maintenance man on the property five days a week maintaining the buildings and grounds and available 24/7 if any emergency should arise.

Lunch from Meals On Wheels

The local chapter of Meals on Wheels comes to our beautiful dining room each weekday to serve our residents a delicious lunch they can enjoy while visiting with their friends.
